»Scope of Project:
This project consisted of developing three different buildings on a 4.1 acre site at the northwest corner of West 43rd and Ella Boulevard in Houston. One building is a 1,750 s.f. Starbucks. The other two retail centers, which are 4,020 s.f. and 18,622 s.f. respectively, are pre-engineered metal buildings. The exterior elevations complement each other yet are slightly different.
