| Serving Whataburger for more than five years, we completed nearly 25 restaurants throughout Texas and Florida for both the corporate office and franchisee owners. Provided a prototype plan by Whataburger, Heights Venture Architects, L.L.P., modified those plans to meet the needs and requirements of specific locations. During the process of each project, HVA collaborated with Whataburger's corporate office and/or the franchisee to identify the modifications required to site adapt the prototypical construction documents. The typical Whataburger restaurant is 3,500 s.f. on a one acre site. |
