| Polly Wanna Pepper, completed in June 2002, was a project in which Heights Venture Architects, L.L.P., was intimately involved with the interior and exterior design of the restaurant, which was an end cap lease space located near The Woodlands, Texas. The entire design, including layout, interior and exterior finishes, lighting, graphics and menu boards, were conceived and developed by HVA. The project also entailed modifications to the existing building's structure, the front entry and parking revisions. For the interior, the color scheme was created to establish the mood and atmosphere of a tropical restaurant. |
