| The Pollo Campero projects involved Heights Venture Architects, L.L.P., to work closely with the corporate office. HVA was charged with converting existing shell buildings to meet the aesthetic, branding and operational needs of the client. While typically provided a prototype based on the Pollo Campero Central American design, HVA had to institute modified interior and exterior designs and structural modifications to meet the stricter regulatory requirements enforced in the United States. Completed in the Houston area, the restaurants were approximately 3,000 s.f. |
