| Heights Venture Architects, L.L.P., completed close to 30 projects with Panera Bread and different franchisees. The restaurants, which range from 4,000 s.f. to 5,000 s.f., are located throughout Texas as well as in Alabama and Missouri. HVA assisted in the delivery of both in-line retail locations as well as ground up free-standing buildings. For many of the projects, the Panera Bread corporate office provided the interior plans while HVA was responsible for developing the exteriors. |
