Heights Venture Architects, L.L.P., completed two projects with El Taco Tote. One project was a ground-up project in which minor revisions were made to the prototype design in order to fit the franchisee's needs as well as the desire of the corporate office. The second project consisted of converting an existing lease space and remodeling both the interior and the exterior to correspond with the specifications set forth by El Taco Tote. The two quick serve restaurants, located in San Antonio, Texas, range from 4,500 s.f. to 6,000 s.f. |
