Licensed in Illinois and Wisconsin, Sam Furman manages our Chicago office operating out of Rockford, Illinois. His responsibilities include, projectcCoordination, code review, site obversation, construction administration, contracts and general office operations.

Sam has over 21 years of experience on projects involving supermarkets, retail stores, restaurants, industrial and office buildings. Much of Sam's focus over the past 10 years has been on the re-development of urban core areas and adaptive reuse of older buildings in the Chicago Area.

Chuck has over 21 years experience working on large capital improvement programs. His services include facility and program management, architectural design and master planning.

Chuck has worked with clients from the educational, health care, and technology industries. Prior to joining Heights Venture Architects,L.L.P., Chuck worked the last five years with a national Food Service client.

Michael has 15 years of both commercial and residential architectural experience. His knowledge of construction documents and construction administration, building construction, building surveys, and digital presentation make him a valuable asset to the firm.

Mike brought to Heights Venture Architects, L.L.P., seven years of experience in commercial retail/strip center construction and renovation, giving him a unique insight into commercial retail lease space projects.

Linda brings to the firm 11 years architectural experience and over 15 years contracting experience. Managing mainly our corporate clients, she focuses on big box, retail and restaurant building types.

She handles the projects from start to finish including preliminary services, site planning, design development, construction documents, construction administration and post construction follow thru. With her unique knowledge of boths sides of the industry she is a valuable asset to the firm.

Will was born in Bermuda but grew up in the Chicago area.  In 1999 he graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelors in Architecture degree.  After graduation, he went on to join Heights Venture Architects, LLP.   During his seven years with the company he has gained experience with a number of building types including food stores, restaurants, retail centers and health clubs.

Bernardo has 13 years of experience in the architectural profession and is familiar with most phases of construction on projects including restaurants, shopping centers, hotels, offices and retail spaces. Prior to joining Heights Venture Architects, L.L.P., he gained more than seven years experience in architecture and managed interior finish crews on design/build projects. Bernardo is bilingual with fluency in Spanish.

Eduardo has been with HVA since 1999. During his time with the firm, he has gained much experience on a variety of projects, including commercial buildings, food stores, retail centers, and health clubs.

In addition to his architectual experience with the firm, he is also a current member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) Houston Chapter. Eduardo is also bilingual with fluency in Spanish.
